    Our story

It Started With a Noodle Cart & a Broken Rover

In 2069, sisters Mina and Jo Kepler welded a noodle cart to a surplus mining rover and parked it in the Sea of Tranquility. Business was slow. Business was very slow. Then a crew from the Copernicus pit rolled up at 2 a.m. β€” exhausted, hungry, and nowhere else to go on a 385,000-kilometer commute.

Mina served them meteorite hash. Jo fixed their rover. The crew left a review that is now carved into a crater wall: "Food hot. Gravity low. Will return."

Seventeen years later, the noodle cart is a 40-booth diner with a jukebox that plays vacuum-friendly classics and a kitchen that has never once been quiet. The pancakes still refuse to stay stacked. That is a feature.

"If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. If you can't take zero-g, stay out of the dining room." β€” Chef Mina, 3rd shift

    Reserve a Booth

Booth 7 has the best view of Earthrise. Booth 3 is directly over the kitchen β€” order the fries. Booth 12 doesn't exist, and we'd appreciate it if you stopped asking.
